"Dream Golf Town", "we", "us", or "our" means DREAM SCREEN SPORT ACADEMY L.L.C, trading as Dream Golf Town.
"Customer", "you", or "your" means any person who visits the website, makes a booking, pays for services, attends the venue, participates in golf, karaoke, dining, coaching, events, or any related activity.

"Venue" means the Dream Golf Town premises in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
"Services" means indoor golf simulator sessions, practice stalls, VIP golf rooms, golf lessons, golf club rentals, karaoke rooms, food and beverage services, memberships, events, promotions, and any other products or services offered by us.
"GolfSimCloud" means the third-party platform used by Dream Golf Town for online booking and related booking management.
"Gnetwork" means the third-party payment provider or payment gateway used by Dream Golf Town to process online payments. Replace this with the full legal name of the provider before publishing.
By using our website, booking platform, payment system, venue, or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
Where you make a booking or payment on behalf of other guests, players, children, family members, or group/event attendees, you confirm that you are authorised to act on their behalf and that you are responsible for ensuring they follow these Terms and our venue rules.
Additional rules may apply to specific services, memberships, events, promotions, packages, lessons, room bookings, or third-party platforms. Where additional terms are displayed at the time of booking or purchase, those additional terms will also apply.
Dream Golf Town offers indoor golf experiences, including simulator bays, practice stalls, VIP golf rooms, golf lessons, club rental, karaoke rooms, food and beverage services, private events, group bookings, memberships, and promotional packages.
Our services are subject to availability, venue operating hours, maintenance, private events, staff availability, booking capacity, and any operational or safety requirements.
We may change, suspend, withdraw, update, or replace any part of our services, prices, offers, menus, opening hours, facilities, or website content at any time, provided that confirmed bookings will be honoured where reasonably possible or handled under our cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policy.
You may use our website only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes, including viewing information, making enquiries, contacting us, and making bookings.

Online bookings may be made through GolfSimCloud, our third-party booking platform. When you make a booking through GolfSimCloud, you may be required to provide details such as your name, contact information, booking date, booking time, number of players or guests, selected service, and payment details.
A booking is not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation from Dream Golf Town, GolfSimCloud, or our authorised staff.
All bookings are subject to availability. The availability displayed online may change due to system updates, cancellations, operational needs, private events, maintenance, or staff scheduling.
You are responsible for checking that your booking details are correct before confirming payment, including the date, time, service type, duration, number of guests, and price.
We are not responsible for missed bookings caused by incorrect contact details, incorrect booking dates or times, failure to check confirmation messages, or failure to attend on time.
Walk-ins may be accepted where availability allows. However, we recommend reservations for VIP golf rooms, karaoke rooms, lessons, peak times, weekends, holidays, and group events.
A walk-in request does not guarantee availability. Customers with confirmed bookings may be given priority over walk-in customers.
All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise.
Prices may vary depending on the service, time, date, room type, membership status, promotion, package, or booking channel.
Prices shown on the website, booking platform, menu, or promotional materials may be updated from time to time. The price payable for a confirmed booking is the price displayed and accepted at the time of booking, unless there is an obvious pricing error.
Prices are inclusive of VAT, where applicable. Dream Golf Town is VAT registered with TRN number 104609990700003.
Any taxes, service charges, booking fees, processing fees, or other applicable charges will be shown where required before payment is completed.
Online payments are processed through Gnetwork, our third-party payment service provider, and/or its acquiring banks, card networks, and payment partners.
By making an online payment, you agree that your payment information may be submitted to and processed by Gnetwork and relevant payment partners. Dream Golf Town may receive transaction information such as payment confirmation, transaction ID, payment status, partial card details, card type, and billing information, but we do not intentionally store your full card number where payment processing is handled by the payment provider.
You must ensure that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We may cancel or refuse a booking if payment is declined, reversed, suspected to be fraudulent, subject to chargeback, or not received.
Payments may be subject to the terms, conditions, security checks, fraud controls, and processing times of Gnetwork, your bank, your card issuer, and relevant payment networks.
We take reasonable steps to protect payment and booking information, but online transactions involve third-party systems and internet-based communication. We cannot guarantee that third-party platforms, banks, payment gateways, or telecommunications networks will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times.
You should not share your payment details, booking confirmation, account login, OTP, or verification codes with anyone. Dream Golf Town will never ask you to share your full card number, PIN, or one-time password by phone, WhatsApp, email, or social media.
The following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies unless a different policy is stated at the time of booking:
For golf simulator bays, practice stalls, VIP golf rooms, karaoke rooms, and standard bookings, you may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time to receive a full refund / booking credit / free reschedule.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time may be non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Late arrivals do not automatically extend the booking time. Your session may still end at the originally scheduled time, especially where another booking follows.
For group bookings, private events, birthday parties, corporate events, large room bookings, or customised packages, separate cancellation, deposit, minimum spend, and rescheduling terms may apply.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible by phone, WhatsApp, email, or through the booking platform where available.
We may refuse repeated cancellations, speculative bookings, abusive booking behaviour, or attempts to reserve multiple time slots without genuine intent to attend.
Refunds are handled according to the cancellation policy, applicable law, and the terms displayed at the time of booking or purchase.
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed to the original payment method through Gnetwork or the relevant payment channel. We do not usually provide cash refunds for card or online payments.
Refund processing times depend on Gnetwork, banks, card issuers, and payment networks. Refunds may take 5–14 business days or longer to appear in your account.
We may offer a booking credit, voucher, or rescheduled session instead of a refund where permitted by law and where appropriate for the circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under UAE law.
Indoor golf simulators, booking systems, payment systems, karaoke systems, screens, sensors, software, networks, and other equipment may occasionally experience technical issues.
If a technical issue materially affects your paid session and is caused by Dream Golf Town equipment or systems, we may, at our discretion and subject to applicable law, offer one or more of the following:
We are not responsible for technical interruptions caused by your own device, incorrect use of equipment, internet issues outside our control, third-party platform outages, force majeure events, or failure to follow staff instructions.
Customers using golf simulators, practice stalls, VIP golf rooms, or related equipment must follow all safety rules, staff instructions, and posted venue guidelines.

You are responsible for any injury, damage, loss, or cost caused by your misuse of equipment, breach of these Terms, failure to follow staff instructions, or unsafe behaviour.
Golf clubs may be available for customer use, subject to availability and our venue rules.
Customers must return all rented or borrowed equipment in the same condition in which it was provided, except for normal wear and tear.
You may be charged for lost, stolen, broken, or damaged equipment where the loss or damage is caused by misuse, negligence, reckless behaviour, or failure to follow instructions.
You may bring your own golf clubs, but we reserve the right to inspect or restrict use of any equipment that may damage our simulators, screens, mats, balls, sensors, or venue.
Golf lessons are subject to instructor availability, booking confirmation, and any specific terms stated at the time of booking.
Coaching is provided for training, improvement, and entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee any specific performance result, handicap reduction, competition result, or personal outcome.
You must inform the instructor of any relevant injury, physical limitation, medical condition, or concern before participating in a lesson.
Junior lessons require parent or guardian consent. A parent or guardian may be required to remain at the venue during the lesson, depending on the child's age and our staff requirements.
Instructor schedules may change. If an instructor becomes unavailable, we may offer a replacement instructor, reschedule the lesson, provide credit, or refund the affected lesson as appropriate.
Karaoke rooms are available for private entertainment bookings, subject to availability.
Customers using karaoke rooms must behave responsibly, respect other guests, and follow staff instructions. You must not:
Any damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or misuse may result in additional charges.
Dream Golf Town may provide restaurant, café, snack, bakery, and beverage services.
Menu items, ingredients, prices, and availability may change without notice. Some items may be unavailable due to stock, supplier, kitchen, or operational reasons.
Customers with allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions must inform staff before ordering. Although we take reasonable care, food and drinks may be prepared in environments where allergens are present, and we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.
Outside food and drinks may be restricted unless approved by Dream Golf Town in advance, especially for private events or special arrangements.
Children and minors are welcome where appropriate for the activity, but they must be supervised by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult at all times unless participating in a supervised lesson or programme.
Parents and guardians are responsible for the behaviour, safety, and supervision of children in their care.
Children must not run, climb, enter restricted areas, misuse equipment, interrupt other guests, or stand near active golf swings.
We may refuse participation or stop an activity where we believe a child, parent, guardian, or group is acting unsafely.
You participate in golf, simulator activities, karaoke, dining, events, and other venue activities at your own risk, subject to applicable law.
Indoor golf involves physical movement and the use of golf clubs and balls. Karaoke and events may involve sound, lights, movement, food, drinks, and group activity. You should participate responsibly and within your own ability.
You must not participate in activities if you are unwell, injured, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or otherwise unable to participate safely.
You are responsible for your personal belongings. Please keep valuables with you. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items unless caused by our proven negligence or as otherwise required by law.
We may refuse entry, cancel a session, stop an activity, or ask a customer to leave if the customer:
Where a customer is removed for misconduct, unsafe behaviour, or breach of these Terms, no refund will be provided except where required by law.
Private events, birthday parties, corporate events, school groups, team events, and large group bookings may be subject to separate terms, including deposits, minimum spend, headcount deadlines, food and beverage arrangements, cancellation periods, setup times, event conduct rules, and damage responsibility.
A group organiser is responsible for all members of the group and for ensuring that all guests follow these Terms and staff instructions.
We may require advance payment, a deposit, signed event terms, or a confirmed minimum spend before confirming a group booking.
Memberships, prepaid packages, lesson packs, vouchers, offers, and promotions are subject to the specific terms displayed or communicated at the time of purchase.

Any advertised offer may be withdrawn or changed, but confirmed purchases will be handled according to the terms applicable at the time of purchase and applicable law.
If we issue gift cards, vouchers, or credits, they may be used only for the services stated on the voucher and within the stated validity period.

Lost, stolen, expired, or damaged vouchers may not be replaced unless we are able to verify the original purchase and choose to reissue them.
Where GolfSimCloud or another booking system allows you to create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
You must provide accurate and current information when making bookings or creating accounts.
We are not responsible for loss, missed bookings, failed confirmations, or payment issues caused by incorrect or outdated information supplied by you.
Our website, booking flow, payment process, and communications may include links or integrations with third-party platforms, including GolfSimCloud, Gnetwork, WhatsApp, social media platforms, maps, analytics tools, and other service providers.
Third-party platforms are operated by their respective owners and may have their own terms, privacy notices, cookies, security policies, and user requirements.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, systems, outages, content, payment processing delays, errors, data handling, or terms, except to the extent required by applicable law.
